Count Financial and Class Financial announce selection of new
self managed super fund (SMSF) platform Class Super
29 September 2009 Count Financial Limited announced today the selection of Class
Financial Systems self managed super fund (SMSF) platform "Class Super" as their preferred
platform for SMSF administration.
Marianne Perkovic, CEO of Count said "The Class Super platform was first demonstrated to our
members at our annual conference this year and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive.
The platform has now been subject to extensive trials within our franchisee network, and has consistently
outperformed all other tools in terms of accuracy, time saving and processing costs."
"Maximising efficiency in back office administration is imperative when running and accounting
practice. Class Super has the potential to significantly reduce the time it takes to prepare and
audit SMSF accounts, so that accountants can focus on their core role of providing quality
advice to their clients."
Richard Barber, CEO of Class Financial noted "While SMSFs are the fastest growing segment
of superannuation funds in Australia, existing tools for accountants and administrators have
never offered comprehensive control and compliance within a cost effective package. Now,
with Class Super, users enjoy market leading economics and for the first time complete
integration with data feeds with full statutory and audit compliance".
"Our clients were showing improvements in productivity over any other product
in the market. Amongst some of the most challenging investment markets in
recent memory, this platform streamlines administration and lower costs, allowing accountants
and advisers to focus on their clients and not trying to shoe horn software solutions into their
practices."
He added, "The bottom line is that SMSFs can now be managed faster, better and cheaper on
Class Super than any other product on the market. It makes it a compelling proposition for
accountants, administrators and clients alike, and we are delighted to have been chosen as
Counts preferred platform."
